Stick to DishTV then. You shouldn't complain and demand channels which are yet to launch. Or move to Tata Sky if care about it so much. No offence.

There is nothing to demand as these are not in race or not having such a huge transponder space
As a d2h SD customer you shouldn't worry much about HD channels, I think. You can sure demand SD channels which you would like to see.
