Because what i remember many of members here having 2011 box and Download ID 45 are getting Dolby Audio through HDMI.

I'm planning to have HT5.1 thats why jumped into details, to check TV compatibility of DD via HDMI with d2h too.....have 2.1HT only...Also Still not checked with 5.1HT actual fact of DD via HDMI.
yeah noted others are getting via HDMI but need to look overall setup.

I hope it works perfect with the home theatre because compatibility issue can be there with home theatre too.
