Thank you for your great contributions to the DTH community.
I have a HD 3333-RF STB and the remote stopped working today.
I tried to upgrade firmware using the file you posted but it failed. (STB did not recognize the .sg file in USB pen drive)
Can you help me by posting or providing a link to Older (Tested/Working) Firmware file to upgrade STB manually via USB
My Remote NOT is not working and I have tried the following: -
Please provide any suggestions you may have to resolve the issue

No the remote stopped working randomly
I tried the usual RCU troubleshooting methods (Battery replacement, Pairing RF RCU) but of no use. Each time I press the reset button it only say unpaired successfuly but it does not reboot and allow me to pair again.
Tried factory reset but could not reset without pressing OK in the remote.
Is there away to do a factory reset without the remote? Is there away to connect via the LAN ethernet cable and access any menu like the routers?
I though if I can flash the STB with an older but working firmware I would be able to automatically reset the STB and then I could try pairing the remote again.
