Yes I pressed the reset button for 10 seconds and the Reset Confirmation window pops up in the Screen and I have to Press OK with the Remote. The problem is my Remote is UN-PAIRED and I an unable to pair it and that is the reason I want to do a factory reset or Software Upgrade

I pressed the reset button at the back for 20 seconds and released to pair my RF remote again and I get the following message:
  • Force RFCE Reset Box Lost Remote Pairing
  • Paring Removed Successfully
  • Please Re-Pair Your RCU for Normal Working (STB does not reboot or display any message)
Solution : When you get the message " Re-Pair Your RCU for Normal Working"

1) Don't wait for any further message or instructions or message
2) Keep alternatively pressing " * " and " OK " until the screen changes

How do I check IF my STB has the latest Software Version? What is the Latest Firmware for HD 3333-RF

I am bit confused the news firmware posted by Vadirocks, has DID of 14 so what happen to the updates with DID 9 to 13 ?

My STB DID is 3 so what could do get my STB updated at-least to DID 8?

I saw a YouTube video where a guy claims his software got updated by he romoved the HDMI cable and connected via RCA cable but I find it hard to believe

Contact CC or call helpline.They will update your STB and pair your RF Remote.

I have paired my remote successfully.

Now I need to update my STB. I have done a Factory Reset so hopefully it might trigger an OTA update

My brother is using the STB outside in India so Engineer visit is not be possible.

Can Videocon trigger a OTA software update from their office without a site visit?
