How ever I got update that all those who are suffering from synchronization issue can get on demand OTA to resolve their issue.

Videocon says different hardware causing more problems if OTA update is being released. Yes its a messup to answer for each update, they have to answer each silly customer and need to visit their location on warranty call for free. So somehow i got this file from a friend of mine,its for Videocon D2H HD 2244-Rf setup box,do it at your own risk. With this time sync error fixed,blank recordings fixed play pause back forward working. With this,you can do it your own.

How to do:
1.Format pendrive fat32, default size or any fat32 pendrive no executable files at the root location. I mean setup box loads this file from pendrive.
2. Place the file in root directory. I mean no inside any folder.
3.Power off stb, press and hold the reset button and power on stb keep holding reset button, now you see screen flashing with update.
4.download id:25 to 29 finished and stb reboots.
5. Now all works as charm as never seen before, no time sync error,no blank recordings.

I was told no other setup box is facing issues like 2244, so why on earth you need update, update can make ur stb go either way. Stable stb s will not be touched unless they had major upgrade on server or transponders

What issues, be clear on what you ask., majority issues can also include clouds, heavy rains.its clearly mentioned which set top box will get fix. If you face those errors you surely understand what,when where and how to,..

Present 2244 RF setup box's download I'd:25, it will get updated to 29, i mean update process from old I'd:25 to new I'd:29 and then it will reboot..step 4 is nothing.

I installed the update and now recording works very well! Thank you very much. Shocked the Videocon are not pushing this out to all customers automatically.

When I install this it doesn't installed and it show some errors.My box is 3333RF.Why it is not working.
