I also tried an inquiry for new connection by filling up this form and 2 tech support guys called me within 1 hour. Great and it should be followed by others also. They informed me that the HD Recording will be enabled by the end of the month.

I used this service to remove an addon and to enquire about the USB recording.I received prompt replies within a couple of hours.
