In my opinion these 4K-UHD services-channl/s and STB/DVR boxes should be made available immediately to existing and new d2h customers.After all 2 major Festivals are near Ganpati and Diwali which have healthy holiday n moody period.
Why are they waiting for since official announcement is done already.

As we know, they were ready with M-star-d2h 4K boxes and Div-X HEVC licence too few months back even before TS made the TC tie up.
Also 1 4k channel already tested.

In addition we heard something new on importing new chips from Broadcoam and some other vendors related to this move.
Not sure whether they integrating all these chips alltogether for better resemblance.Or to reduce cost margin as they talked.
