OK. As everyone is suggesting let me go for it then. Can i connect one UPS with LED as well as DVR both ?

Don't go for ups brother.In market u will get only computer ups which isn't having a break(only milli sec) free operation . The internal switching will kill your tv smps or panel. Internal switching during voltage correction/ back up transfer will damage your tv. Go for V-Guard led/LCD tv stabilizer which I am using in my both TVs. Blindly go for it. Perfect companion designed for LCD LED TVs.

It's having inbuilt voltage correction. But to a lesser extent. We need a good voltage stabilizer designed for LCD/LED TVs to extend tv life by protection from wide range of unlikely events in supply line which cannot be met by inbuilt voltage correction.

they must be using compacted high quality circuit design(Regulator) But looking at common Stabilizer Size you will get answer..
Is it possible really ,being having so compacted LED's- future ready 4K??

As regulator will have just meer combination of Didoes,registers n capacitors.(small sized)
where as Stabilizer requires big sized Transformers+ Transistors-SCRs.

These 3 are good option for online/offline buy. The price paid is worth. Go to specification and select as per load(Tv size,HT etc.) requirement.

I prefer offline buy for Stabilizers.
