OK, I have heard that new DVR have 4 Cable ports. 1 for Line IN, 2nd for Line Out and remaining for Loop IN .

Yes it has 4 ports. Lnb 1,lnb 2,n 2 lnb out ports.
Btw what is the loop settings?

I think it means recording continuously without refering EPG timings. It will keep on recording unless you stop it.
