Mine is HD 2222 box. Not sure why this software update didn't happened for SD and DVRs.

Can anyone confirm the download id... The Videocon service center for my region and I can ask them to manually update (Via PC) the set top box for a particular version.

the download id is 18, my HD 2222 box was upgraded from 14 to 18.

Hit the Red Power Button on your remote and STB will go to Standby mode. Do not switch off the electrice supply from Electric Board.
