Today I called customer care and bashed them for not proving full price protection for yearly recharged customer. Executive was unclear so he said that he will arrange a call back from their senior.

So, senior called after an hour and clarified that :

Price protection for 6 month is being provided to all existing non LTR customer. And for long term recharge customer, Price protection will continue till the validity.
