HELP Videocon D2H Recharge Bonus

Can anyone tell me what's the recharge bonus for recharging 1 week before due date. I never got the bonus.

Yeah. We have already discussed about it many times. I too have to mail them to get this benefit.

If you don't get the bonus within 2 days , raise the issue on twitter or mail . They'll add the bonus.

d2h needs to improve their account section aggressively lots of complain coming from subscribers which is not good for a company like Videocon.

CC told me that it is only available for Recharges done through Videocon website. Is it true??

i am not sure about Online recharge

I usually recharge on their website itself , but not before 7 days.I get 3% additional benefit.
