They're trained to keep saying lines like these whenever someone questions them. "d2h is the best.." and blah..
Earlier, Whenever I used to tell their service engineers that d2h's hardware quality is poorer as compared to tata sky and airtel the channel changing speed is slow and box keeps hanging. Each one of them used to give this 'scripted' answer - "Sir d2h main baaki sab se channel jyada hai isliye aisa hai. nahi to d2h is best" -_-
Once their country head and Quality and service trainer visited my house, I shooted the same question at them and I was not surprised to get the same answer which all of their service engineers used to give. "d2h is best ..blaah ..d2h is supreme blah blah .. d2h is the king,, blah.. d2h is rajnikanth.."
Ab aise logo se behes bhi kya ki jaaye,. Rassi jal gayi, par aenth na gayi.
