Why not. You may own a Videocon 4K TV is just 70k which is quite economical and affordable too.

But I think HD PQ would be better on high end FHD TV than low end UHD TV......

I have seen 46 inch and quality wasn't mush difference. i felt that little bit of effort in calibration could have made it class as compared to Sony and Samsung.
