we should remember the fact that TS took away the lime-lite already from d2h in this new year starting with the addition of HBO Premium HD's on platform..!!! only difference that is special category needed to pay additionally whereas this is part of Highest HD pack which resulted from the twice hike done...by d2h...So both remain in same limelight to certain extent
