True, i read they are launching from April and just awaiting name change approvals. Hits and Defined are anyways doomed ventures.

whats the differnece between ultra pack with hd access and ultra plus hd?

Ultra HD gives all English, hindi and 2 regional lang packs incl sun channels.
Ultra Plus HD all channels on Tata sky except Sun channels, Active, Showcase and special channels.
Ultra is enough unless you know 4+ indian languages

What Are They Waiting For?

For Any Channel to be launched an agreement has to take place with Operator with a Fixed Fee per year irrespective of no.of their users. Videocon must be thinking it is not viable to add more channels as they will invariable increase operating costs. Tata Sky with strong base and backing is going aggressive.
