I Don't Understand Why There Is So Much Hesitation To Add Ten Golf HD?

It's a complete wastage of space bro. Channels are added as per two criteria.

1. Viewership
2. Carriage fee.
3. Political benefit

There cannot be any 4th reason for the addition.

And Ten Golf HD doesn't fall in any of these 3 criteria
