Dishtv - Siti Cable will now sign content deals with broadcaster inclusion with d2h will make their position stronger. So 1 broadcaster will sign for 2 DTH & 1 Cable at the same time. More viewership, more cluster, more valuable deal for both party at the same time dishtv 's hardware division get a boast with d2h's hardware division.

Dishtv let the renegotiations on hold just like they don't have a contract with Times, Star its like other broadcaster contract will expire too.
Not sure about d2h.
