Such packs are idiotic, as of now 3 DTH launched such packs and only ADTV users are having some benefits of choosing HD Add Ons + Rs. 99 pack.

This Pack is only for Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala.

Minimum regional Top Up of Rs 45 is compulsory.

D2h not providing this pack for all India+No Star Sports 2.
Only regional addon compulsory.
