though i do not support price hike but it's inevitable.............D2H strategy has been simple bottom of pyramid with basic connection and elite customer with HD offering ... they are hitting the sweet spot of the economy .... where there is plenty ...... for an avg indian Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 does not make much difference considering the inflation....it's simple a sweet tooth can buy an ice cream worth 200/- .... so it's all about habit if it taste good and feels good people will pay ..... it's common for all operators and D2H is hitting the sweet spot with it's offering so it will not pain so much ...... and for subscribers who get agonize with this increase better opt for local cable ... as quality will always come with price .....

well we all knew as soon they have a gud market share surely they would start increasing the price. lets hope we get quality with the increase.
