We hear that theaters in Madurai, Salem, Trichy, North Arcot and South Arcot are completely sold out for the first three days. This has elated the trade, no doubt.
Tomorrow, the film is set to be screened for the tax exemption committee and the producers would be hoping that they are granted the same. Jilla carries a U certificate and if it is granted tax exemption, then the business prospects of the movie will be pushed several notches higher.
