Ajit fans always big liers. they increase the hype with talking good review.but film veeram not like that. film very slw in first half and better in send half.second half is dull version of pandi nadu.first half is muratu Kala.I am not watchef the muradukalai second hAlf.so it may be tthe same story.

first i watched it on normal theater,here the review after watching it on good theater and after trimming(after veerram show )

but this is vijay film,everyone know how vijay film to be.so no surprise.this is his regular hit formula,always this is worked well.other than vijay,no one can make the following movies as big hit.
Madura,sivakasi,velaytham.

Jilla:

1st half : + vijay & mohanlal excellent action and dialogues.
+ fresh comedy scenes,excellent performance by vijay.
+ 3 songs (kandangi,verasha )

first one hour film made some huge expectation by the screen play and massive dialogues,but second half director
missed to continue the tempo.

second half: + good touchable family sentiments (sister marriage,poornima (maa) and vijay phone conversation).
+ mohanlal excellent performance,actually he is villan but his performance made some magic to believe him.
+ mama,mama
- songs placement
over all film is opt for vijay fans ,sentiment and action lovers (mass),this is regular vijay mass film.

Nothing New...Not Disappointed...2nd Half could have been shortened ...certainly much better than Thaliava...2.5/5
