Total 39 C net,this is low compare to expected,if the film released as expected time, sure it will create a new south cinema history.but still it shows mass of vijay... last week end most of all theaters got full house.

After facing many struggles, Vijay’s Thalaiva is running successfully across Tamil Nadu. We had reported earlier that SKR Karnan of Seethaparpanallur in Tirunelveli district had filed a petition against the movie. He had claimed that the story of ‘Thalaiva’ is based on the real life of his grandfather SS Kandasamy Sait and his father SK Ramasamy. They were well known in Dharavi, Mumbai. Following it, court notices were sent to Thalaivaa’s producer, director and distributor.
However, when the case came for hearing yesterday, director AL Vijay informed that the story is based on imagination and fiction. Also, he added that it is not based on any individual’s life.
