In fact it's a good news. If everyone withdraws the savings fund people will be left with no savings in hand at the time of retirement. also government is giving interest even for dead investment. this will lead to further reduction of interest rate.

Let the person decide what to do away with his money yaar. Who is government to decide and block the money.
