Mite be IM bhai.but Kamal Hassan clearly mentioned about this.Recording wont be possible in any DTH.The DTH services disable this recording functionality.anyway we will get real picture when this film will run in DTH.
But in dishtv recording options are disabled in MOD channel....

In d2h also recording is possible. And as I posted in d2h section, DVR customers can't subscribe and enjoy Vishwaroopam because d2h is technically challenged in applying DRM and recording will never be deleted automatically
So, the simplest and dumbest solution they got in not to allow DVR customers provide Premiere.

And how will that ID understand that the person viewing is Recording with a camera ??
airtel will worked for that,recording is not possible through DVR.but can camera.But Its there in ADTV and Tata Sky.
we can catch him after release,but cant avoid recording.we cant restrict piracy at any cost.
