I think you should approach consumer cost.

I am so frustrated with there product quality n service I will junk it soon ...
I can't be writing emails multiple times for help.

Their complete support staff are crooks
as I have interacted with the Karnataka sales head to others below .... All of them refuse to take responsibility which worries as a customer.

I have had 8 stb replaced till date in 15 months of use .... my recent replacement was in June '14 with model 556-B which is working fine with intermittent reboots already.

I haven't faced such issue with d2h (Although i did LTR twice only)...Now-a-days i prefer lump-sum recharge of 1000-1500...But thnx. for sharing baljindernanra....

I am in consulting legal experts ..... But I feel simply dump d2h once subscription ends ... as I have other options ... else you know how our legal system works.

That's why I am insisting on approaching higher officials else consumer court.

I am sure you won't have to go legal way for this.
