Yeah. If you don't kill the app after closing it works with other network as well

Any Android app words in background unless you disallow it or clear it from open apps. Back button never kills apps in Android

But Many Apps lost is property immediately unless not refreshing it, App will stop responding if you switch network while its keeps on working.

Very few like banking etc. Others apps enjoy operating in background.
