In an unfortunate incident on Tuesday morning, a low intensity blast injured 18 people in a coach in Sealdah-Krishnanagar local in Kolkata.

Five of the 18 people injured in the blast are critical and have been admitted to a nearby hospital.

The blast occurred while the train was entering the Barackpore station. Two armed groups of criminals clashed with each other inside the train compartment leading to the blast.
