Windies have been fined for maintaining a slow over rate in the second Test against New Zealand, following their 240-run defeat at Hamilton on Tuesday (December 12). This is the second straight game in which Windies have been found wanting with their over rate. They were fined, and captain Jason Holder suspended, after being found three overs short in the first Test.

The stand-in captain, Kraigg Brathwaite has been fined 40 per cent of his match fee, while his players have received 20 per cent fines, the ICC confirmed.
