BBC Entertainment is not adding buddy . Its an unpopular and not so demanding channel. Unless they pay carriage fee , I don't think any DTH will add it .

Bcoz they would have got the carriage fee. Another reason can be they have more than enough space to add this channel. Other DTH Operators have limited . So, adding wisely as per demand and deal.
