Android WhatsApp Beta users can now try Video Calling (only on Android)

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling beta, or if you know how to delete app data through setting and force stopping the app should also work.

But you can only video call the contacts who have downloaded the latest beta version.

you should file a bug report if you come across any. It would only help iron out any wrinkles before the actual release.
