Yes we can withdraw and spend. But we end up paying back that's all.

I recollect a incident that happened to my brother, he had a minimum balance account and there came a credit of 10,000.00 and he withdrew from ATM.

After 2 days the manger came running home and requested my dad to repay. He obliged as well.
