i was just observing the other day ...from channel 700 to channel 800 approx 70 channel are for rest of india catering to all cast including gujarati, marathi, punjabi, bhojpuri etc ... but on flip side for south indian there are around 90 channels 800 to 900... even after that there is demand for more ...
i rather feel they should do justice to gujarati and bhojpuri viewers...rather than those bizarre channels

Gujarati genere have less channels in Gujarat there r many channels all r news channels

only 2 important channels needed in DTH services 'Sandesh News' and 'GS TV' (TATA SKY have)

that's total injustice ..... just wondering do south indian viewers watch more TV then rest of india .....must be an interesting fact .... if surveyed by IBMR....
i was watching some south indian tv channel most advertisement belong to either saree or gold ....and yes one more category dominant is the beauty cream ..... even if you travel to some of southern indian cities the billboard facts remains the same...
