HELP Which is best laptop

My choice is dell but !!! in "New Inspiron 15 5000 Series" search i am getting huge list.
Which is latest?

1.Need 5th gen i5
2.2*4 GB RAM
3.good graphical card (external)
4.HD display
5.touch screen
6.up gradable to windows 10
7.optional back light keyboard (on\off)
any other suggestion friends,budget below 60000.

Dell products are sturdy , my recommendation is for Dell . Inspiron series is really inspiring

The problem with HP is that its fan make a huge noise and easily heats up.

i just inquired , one known technician said "wait til Windows 10 fully lunched",and also now no touch screen in 5th gen i5 with 8 GB or 2 slot.
coming new version they are going to improvise the graphical card to support 10's new futures.
