i just inquired , one known technician said "wait til Windows 10 fully lunched",and also now no touch screen in 5th gen i5 with 8 GB or 2 slot.
coming new version they are going to improvise the graphical card to support 10's new futures.

Microsoft is going to stop the touch screen and re-introduce start button.
