HELP which is the latest HD STB on D2H

hello friends,
I recently got my 2221 STB updated with the new software version 45. Post the upgrade the STB at times becomes unresponsive... slow booting and the interface does not run smoothly.
Last time it happened in the month of Sep 2013 when my earlier used HD STB was updated and i had faced the same issues as now. I had contacted the nodal officer & they had replaced with a new STB with old software.
Today again facing the same challenge i had contacted them , i was assured that by monday they would be replacing it with new 2222 STB ...just wanted to know if this STB is stable and compatible with the new software version. I am aware that this STB remote is not universal.
Which is the latest STB model i can demand which glitch free as i feel ashamed at times seeking their help all the time.
Please advice

I think S/W update on HD STB 2011 or other 22xx versions could be a issue related with some of particular pieces-Boxes ->> made up of AVERAGE quality OR ->>might be NOT QA PASSed properly OR ->> Replaced Boxes--> if u complained to do so.
Because on my 2 HD STB->> 2011 S/W update having DW ID 45 got updated properly and working fine.(+1 other - brother's also working fine)
- Booting time and channel changing responses are acceptable I guess with a bit slow H/W Processor-RAM chip set + a bit heavy S/W Pke with new UI.

Now Waiting for HD DVR 4611 S/W update since last 3 years.
[ Earlier Compatibility issue of SONY Barvia HDMI + this HD DVR was solved with Newer update within 15 days working with Sony team by d2h official team ( official d2h employee with d2h ID not Service engineer visited to home and finalized my Signal Quality & Strength too around 100) prior to 3 years at the time installation when d2h started HD DVR 4611 launch.] this 4611 HD DVR 160GB model is the best delivered Quality product by Videocon D2h till date which was imported from SA]

I have couple of questions to you
1) How did you purchase ur 1st HD STB 2011 ? ( updated with DW ID 40 i guess earlier which was replaced later and said this box now updated to 45ID)
I mean from "Dealer OR Online".
If it is from Dealer then I guess it is concern of worry with this Boxes comes with Quality checks.

Because Till now in my family all d2h 4 products were purchased ONLINE still NOT faced a Single Issue at all till date even after number of S/w updates installed via OTA successfully.

However below are the lastest HD STB models in order.Please someone mentione latest S/W versions respectively in table format alongwith.

- Videocon D2h SDHD STB (2013-14) : with ext usb recording : small Black Color : RF remote : DW-ID :- xx
- Videocon D2h HD STB 2233 inbuilt FM (2014) : with ext usb recording : small White color : RF remote : DW-ID :-xx
- Videocon D2h HD STB 2222 (2013) : with ext usb recording : smallWhite color : RF remote : DW-ID :-xx
- Videocon D2h HD STB 2011 (2011 to 2014): now with usb recording : largeBlack color: Normal Remote : DW-ID : 20,25,40 and now 45 is latest

Note :
All these above said STB have BIG limitation of USB recording : Only can record One and Watch one that too from same TP : Disgusting.
Hence If your priority is RECORDING then always invest in HD DVR and now wait only for Zigbee-Greenpeak+D2h upcoming HD DVRs n HD STBs which will have " Record multi and Watch multi Universal feature with Faster Processor-RAM Chipset-Zigbee.

Sadly d2h will not come with zigbee chipset for STB, they are already using zigbee technology for RF remote...and they will just use this technology for RF remote only.
They are not going to use any zigbee chipset for STBs...so i think we'll have to bear with Crap STBs for years...

It would be good otherwise zigbee RF remote already failed
And as far as i know, strategy of videocon is not to use imported and costly things..

In fact, in other words Videocon's strategy IS to deliver d2h-Low Quality,Average,Cheap and Buggy products which will create history in Indian DTH industry and known for false-services,promises.

D2h has the worst buggy stb and remote next to rdtv.
