it depends, tata sky will have 24 tps in tptal with them after they get gsat 10 tps but as they run sd chs in mpeg2 so it is an issue as chs take double space as compared to mpeg4 for relaying. if tata sky moves to mpeg 4 for sd then there will b noone beating them
d2h runs sd and hd both in mpeg4 and has 8 tps currently eith them on st2, st2 has many ku band tps and d2h can easily lease them but d2h will not take more tps so easily as their revenue or profit is negligible and leasing tps is costly but if d2h does take more tps and increae package rates then d2h too will have a great run but surely will not come close to tata sky if tata sky operates 24 tps in mpeg 4

Without any solid proof please dont mislead people as Tatasky have 24 TPs. if its confirmed then show the document.
Till now no one have confirmed about the numbers of TP tatasky have got from Gsat. Only guess or false statements of CC or any others.

They applied only but not granted even after G Sat launched and still no article about granted or TS Got those TPs. If any article about the contract signed please give the link..

i guess u do not know that isro will b giving all 12 ku band tps to tata sky, isro has long ago in 2007 told tata sky about it and this is the reason tata sky waited and did not apply for new tps on any other satellite
if u wanna believe then its fine, if not then its fine. u will know whether i am telling truth or lies very soon

i was the one who broke the news abt airtel leasing 12 tps on ses 7 , so they stared operating on 8 tps in begining then now slowly leased three more and now r testing one more. similar will happen in tata sky. they have booked the tps but will leae it one by one, none other can use those
