Just called cc according to him the message will come but from 28th ch nos are surely going to change. He told me new ch will be added in Jan now to adjust them nos are shuffled. Now satellite is being changed to gsat10 he said. If no message comes he told me then take this conversation as confirmation.

I think its impossible to change the TPs as according to ISRO Gsat have only Vertical TPs.
CC Is misleading

I understand cc is there to act as PROs and tries to please the customer as well as looks after employer's interests. Technically a little knowledge.
