no one knows correctly as tata sky not telling but as per recent articles they are having 13.5 million subscribers

Since TS is not publicly listed, they are not revealing the subscriber details and also their Profit/Loss statements

Only DTH like TATA(SKY but dishtv have to pay TAX according to subscribers base because they're a Public Trading company tats a reason TATA(SKY having no problem to pay tax and only dishtv appeals for Tax relief.

And they would be earning 6000 crore.

Dish TV can't hide anything as they are listed. That's the reason they publish their quarterly reports while other dth don't.

And because of heavy taxation on dishtv difficulties always chase them they can't work on Double Tuner DVR, MPEG 4 Migration and latest they can't add important channels and until and unless Network like STAR / FIC and Indiacast keep screwing dishtv they can't be No. 1 once again
