Poll Why I Don't like my DTH/MSO Service Provider ?

Every one of us is unhappy with something or the other thing with our DTH provider.

So, lets assemble everything at a single place. Starting with me ........

My DTH Operator : Tata Sky HD+
Using Since : July 2013
Why I don't like my DTH :

1. Package is costly as compared to others(ADTV, d2h)
2. They didn't provided me Universal remote
3. HD Access Fee which is an Universal issue
4. No proper response from them when these issues were raised.

Why I don't like my DTH :

1. Less punjabi channel
2. don't provide new Universal Remote

My DTH Operator : Videocon d2h : 3 HD connections : [1HD-dvr-4611 +1 HD STBs2011] + 1 HDSTB2011seperate

Why I don't like my DTH : Hated2h

HD-SD channel services :
1. Package : Platinum HD Package prices were hiked twice by 80 within 1year no HD benefits were given in terms of channel more than 1.5+ year
2. Missing most demanded HD channels since it's launch 1+ year : e,g. HBO Defined HD,HBO Hits HD, No Romedy Now+ HD, NGC Wild HD, NGC People HD,

3. No D2h Cineama HD till now with DD: Also Cost > 40/-
4. No 3D Movies services,No pay radio channel in DD also no popular FM in DD.
5. Only keep adding South channels and SD channel
6. No new marathi SD channels : pending

H/W services:
1. Poor quality HD STB not compatible with Sony DTH Home theatre.Slow HD STB 2011.big channel lagging time
2. remote quality is poor.Stopped providing universal remote
3. Not provide Full HD 1080P resolution
4. No Future ready UHD or 4K provision

S/W services
1. No regualr 6 months s/W update to all H/w DVRs n STBs
2. no hdmi enabled via s/w to all devices
3. No special kids packages: VAS
4. No mobile TV services till now with all HD channels : compatible to mobiles/Laptops/Tabs/desktops

Why I don't like my DTH :

1. Not Having STAR SPORTS channels in the Mid Tier Base Pack
2. Very Old Fashioned Software, very buggy
3. Don't understand this India Cricket Pack
4. Template Reply on feedback and suggestions
5. STAR SPORTS 2 and STAR SPORTS HD channels are missing
6. Indiacast UTV HD channels are missing from HD Base Pack
7. No HD Add Ons Kind of thing

But these DTH won't listen to their customers they do what they wants to do.

Agree buddy. But once we have a big bunch of dissatisfied feedbacks, we can share it with TRAI or it automatically may catch regulators attention too.
