why is tata sky charging for temporary suspension?

all other operators r giving this facility that customer can keep his account in safe custody for period of 0 to 90 days if he is going out and balance will b safe, they do not charge u for it but tata sky is charging Rd 20 for this

So, Whats Bad in that ?? Every company has its own Policies. Its upto them what they want to give & its upto We , the customer to accept them or reject them.
