Yeah, its just an update. It installs windows 10 all over again. It keeps all ur files/settings/apps as it was, nothing gets changed.

There are many changes........ Its great.

Why the hell they can't fix in a phase wise. Rather then re updating the entire OS, does they thinks that every one having Broadband or unlimited 3G

Yeah, ur right. But this is a completely new build, v.1151. Its a 2016 version...

Also one doesn't need key to install win 10 anymore, u can use win7/8 key to activate. If u don't have that, it will activate thru digital entitlement.

The boot speed has increased, and also the overall functioning speed, now my pc doesn't hang.

The update is free for one year they say, means from July 2015 to July 2016. But to be safe its better u update by this month end.
