And just now realising after having genuine copy of Windows 8.1 Pro that it is better to spend 1 Month unlimited Broadband connection then to purchase original copy tat too basic of Windows OS.

Absolutely not Windows have different types of OS version.

Windows 7 having some 6 - 7 version and Home user won't get what Ultimate and Professional users get to use.

Nope. It will be same for PC, Mobile and Tablet but versions may be more for PC users.
