Found one issue. Dropbox is not working.

You are not formatting the OS just resetting the OS so you wont loose on your data.

You mean from settings i should reset the pc right which is showing in control panel

It is working fine for me.

None of the apps were working. But after resetting the OS it started working.

Sanjeev bro. You need to select this option and after that selecting the 1st option of keeping personal files.

Upgraded to Windows 10 manually today with some official upgrade tool called media creation tool and It took the most time to get installed than any Windows
