Recovery option was not available from 8 to 7 also.

We can upgrade the OS but their is no option to roll back but if you don't have Windows OS then better to create the image of the existing one so near about future you can use it to roll back as it is.

New Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9879 is awesome. Battery icon is changed and lots if Window mobile feature added too.

and i must say Windows 10 is really fast.
