Worst Experience while upgrading HD STB USB recording

I want to know from you guys that if I buy only HD recording stb from dealers and insert my old card
so can i use feature of HD recording stb ??????

I think it won't work..it need pairing and authentication an something like that..because i have changed 2 times d2h boxes and all box comes with preinstalled card and engineer activates it by calling higher authority by giving them card's numbers printed on it and back of STB.

Oh, sometime we facing issue because of some arrogant employee, same is here for airtel , @IM bro have experience of ts so no one is perfect. I was share a article about services after sales of indian company. 95% complaint not resolved in time

Yeah. For me Tata Sky is pathetic and least customer concentric. They keep ignoring my mails till I mark TRAI and their CEO. For every issues, they have stereotyped response ready which is not actually the solution.

So, I pray that I don't need to contact officials anytime and my services run perfectly.
