i am using tata sky from last five years, but from last year july once i paid annual fee of mega HD south pack, not able to receive any HD channels , many news channels and many others hardly 20-25 channels to coming for me after paying highest fee in his all packs.
complained many times to customer care and sent mail but they are replying call with some excuse evry time and promise to send some technician ..but still no one came to correct in last eight months.
but every month they deducting amount from my annual pack payment.
how they can do like this?
they are big cheaters ?
help me to get my refund , because for correction they will give again promise of few days ..but they will not come for it.
