HELP Worst service:No HD and imoprtant channels able to see from last eight months

I don't really believe that any major DTH won't send a technician in a major city. They charge 170 rupees for visit, it's not like any company offers it for free.
It seems hard to believe that they haven't sent a technician since they are always eager to send their technician. It makes them money in the end.
