After the match, The Revival assaults Ciampa and Gargano. The Revival hits the shatter machine on Ciampa. The Revival are about to try to break Ciampa’s leg, but American Alpha hits the ring and makes the save.

NXT Women’s Title Contract Signing

William Regal tries to put over Asuka, but Nia Jax grabs the mic and says Asuka has been running from her. Jax adds that Asuka hasn’t done anything. She beat Bayley? Jax says she broke Bayley. Jax signs the contract. Asuka tells Jax that she talks too much and signs the contract. Asuka yells something in Japanese at Jax. Asuka says if Jax isn’t scared of her, she should be. Asuka gets in Jax’s face. Asuka lands a flurry of kicks and punches. Asuka tries a head kick, but Jax grabs her leg and powerbombs her. Jax shakes her head and walks away.

WWE NXT Results (6/29): Alexa Bliss Takes on Carmella, Huge NXT Tag Title Match Signed for Next Week!

Andrade “Cien” Almas vs Noah Potjes

Almas and Potjes trade go-behinds before Potjes whips Almas into the ropes. Potjes drops down, but Almas dropkicks him in the head. Potjes gets sent to the outside. Almas feints a dive. Instead of diving onto Potjes, Almas baseball slides Potjes in the face. Wheelbarrow bulldog by Almas. Potjes crawls into the corner. Almas nails Potjes with his running double knee finish for the victory.

Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano vs The Hype Bros

Winners- Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano

After the match, Gargano grabs a mic and says two weeks ago they defeated the NXT tags champs, The Revival. That puts them in line for a title shot. American Alpha hits the ring. Chad Gable says Ciampa and Gargano are not next in line for anything. American Alpha gets the first shot. The Revival walks out on the ramp. Dawson tells both team that The Revival drives the car; they call the shots. If you ask them, neither team deserves a shot at the title. William Regal comes out and tells The Revival that they don’t make the rules, he does. Ciampa and Gargano will get their shot, but first The Revival will face American Alpha in a two-out-of-three falls match for the NXT tag team titles. As Ciampa and Gargano leave the ring, The Authors of Pain attack American Alpha. Jordan manages to belly to belly suplex one of them before getting decapitated by a clothesline. The AoP hit their finish on both Jordan and Gable. Paul Ellering walks out to survey the carnage.

WWE NXT Results: Winners, Grades, Reaction and Highlights from August 3

Bobby Roode debuted, Hideo Itami returned and Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano moved one step closer to a tag team title opportunity as NXT looked to rebuild following a WWE draft that shook the brand to its core.

With Finn Balor, Alexa Bliss, Carmella, American Alpha, Eva Marie and others headed to the main roster, the former developmental brand was tasked with creating new stars and using established ones to generate interest.

Hideo Itami vs. Sean Maluta

Result

Hideo Itami defeated Sean Maluta.

Mojo Rawley in Action

Mojo Rawley's match with Chris Atkins, Samoa Joe hit the ring, drawing a disqualification.

Frustrated over the announcement from William Regal that he will defend his NXT Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura at TakeOver: Back to Brooklyn on August 20, Joe cut a scathing promo on his superior.

Rawley attacked, though, refusing to allow Joe's sneak attack to go unpunished.

Joe seized the upper hand and trapped Rawley in the Koquina Clutch, leaving the SmackDown draftee lying to end the segment.

Asuka vs. Aliyah

Result

Asuka defeated Aliyah.



Bobby Roode Debuts

After months of speculation, Bobby Roode finally made his NXT debut—his theme song exclaiming "Glorious!" as he stepped through the curtain.

The trademark arrogance that was so prominent in his TNA act was there as the Canadian-born competitor professed, "NXT needs Bobby Roode."

TM61 vs. The Revival

Result

The Revival defeated TM61.

TNA superstar Bobby roode join NXT..... even jeff hardy also will come to wwe bcoz he lost his match against his brother Matt..... and it was match in which whoever loose he will quit TNA and jeff loosed.
