At this price range hdr10 and Dolby vision is not available in any TV
Also at the time of manufacturing this TV hrd10 was not available

You're expecting too much. ;) With Dolby Atmos the TV is priced 9,999 RMB in China. In India, it would be 99,999 rupees. I am fine without Dolby Atmos at 40,000.
10 bit HDR is good enough at this price. To watch Dolby Vision you need to have the Dolby Vision content as well, and it's not as common as 4K resolution, maybe in future when there will be enough content in Dolby Vision, it would be worth buying.
